My previous research focused on drug discovery and RNA editing in trypanosomatids, where I developed assays, explored chemical biology tools, and screened small molecules to identify novel therapeutic targets. Currently, I am working on developing diagnostics for parasitic infections, leveraging innovative approaches to contribute to more effective detection and control strategies.
